Introduction
This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the website bepec.in (the “Website”), and your purchase or enrollment in any course, program, masterclass, mentorship, consulting service, or other product or service offered by BEPEC Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“BEPEC Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the Website or otherwise (collectively, the “Services”).
This Agreement incorporates by reference our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, available on the Website. BEPEC Solutions may change or revise this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on the Website, with the revision date updated above. Changes are effective immediately on posting, and your continued use of the Website or Services constitutes acceptance of them. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.
If you do not agree to this Agreement (including the referenced policies), please discontinue use of the Website and the Services. This Agreement does not alter the terms of any separate written agreement (for example, a corporate training contract) you may have with BEPEC Solutions.
I. Services and Enrollment
BEPEC Solutions offers training programs, live cohort classes, recorded content, masterclasses, mentorship, internships, and AI consulting services (collectively, the “Services”). By enrolling in or purchasing any Service, you agree to the terms set out in this Agreement.
To enroll, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Access to course materials, recordings, and the learning platform is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, redistributing recordings, or providing access to non-enrolled persons is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in termination without refund.
II. Fees and Payment
All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, which you are responsible for paying. Fees must be paid in full, or as per any agreed instalment/EMI schedule, before access to the relevant Service is granted or continued. Where instalments are permitted, failure to pay any instalment on time may result in suspension of access until dues are cleared. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.
III. Communications and Opt-Out
By enrolling or sharing your contact details, you consent to receive communications from BEPEC Solutions and its authorized representatives by email, phone, SMS, and WhatsApp regarding your enrollment, course updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by: (1) using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; (2) emailing enquiry@bepec.in;
IV. Intellectual Property
All course content, curricula, recordings, notebooks, code, slides, diagrams, study materials, the Website’s design and layout, and the BEPEC Solutions name, logo, and trademarks are the exclusive property of BEPEC Solutions or its licensors and are protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content solely for your own personal, non-commercial learning during your enrollment. You may not copy, reproduce, record, screen-capture, download (except where expressly permitted), resell, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use will result in termination of access without refund and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
V. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You will not: (1) violate any applicable law or regulation; (2) interfere with or disrupt the Website, learning platform, or other users’ experience; (3) resell or commercially exploit any content; (4) transmit spam, malware, or unsolicited communications; or (5) defame, harass, abuse, or disrupt instructors, staff, or other learners. We may remove any user-submitted content and suspend or terminate access for any breach.
VI. User-Submitted Content
By posting, submitting, or transmitting any content (such as assignments, project work shared in community channels, reviews, or forum posts), you grant BEPEC Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, and adapt such content for the purpose of delivering, improving, and promoting the Services. You are solely responsible for content you submit and for your interactions with other users. BEPEC Solutions is not liable for any harm arising from user interactions and reserves the right, without obligation, to monitor and remove objectionable content at its sole discretion.
VII. Placement Assistance / 100% Job Placement Program
1. Nature of the Program. Certain Services include a “100% Job Placement” or “Placement Assistance” component (the “Placement Program”). The Placement Program is a placement assistance and support service. “100% Job Placement” refers to BEPEC Solutions’ commitment to continue providing placement support — including interview opportunities, resume building, mock interviews, and referrals to hiring partners — until an eligible learner secures a job offer, subject to the eligibility and conditions below. It is not a guarantee of employment at any specific company, salary, role, or location.
2. Eligibility Conditions. A learner qualifies for the Placement Program only if the learner meets all of the following:
a. Has paid the full course fee with no outstanding dues;
b. Has attended at least 90% of scheduled live sessions;
c. Has completed all assignments, projects, capstone work, and assessments to BEPEC Solutions’ satisfaction;
d. Has achieved the minimum qualifying score in internal evaluations and mock interviews as determined by BEPEC Solutions;
e. Holds the minimum required educational qualification and is legally eligible to work in India;
f. Has provided accurate academic, professional, and personal information (any misrepresentation voids eligibility);
g. Actively participates in the placement process, including attending all arranged interviews, maintaining an updated resume and LinkedIn profile, and responding to communications within the stipulated time.
3. Learner Obligations. During the placement period, the learner must attend every interview opportunity arranged by BEPEC Solutions, must not decline reasonable offers without valid cause, must be open to roles across India and to relocation where required, and must conduct themselves professionally with all hiring partners. Repeatedly missing interviews, declining offers, or unprofessional conduct will result in suspension of placement support.
4. Scope of the “100%” Commitment. The “100%” refers to the continuity and effort of placement support, not a guaranteed outcome. BEPEC Solutions does not guarantee any particular salary, designation, employer, work location, or timeframe for placement. Final hiring decisions rest solely with employers and are outside BEPEC Solutions’ control.
5. Placement Period. Placement support begins only after the learner has successfully completed the course and met all eligibility conditions, and remains active for a period of [insert duration, e.g., 6 / 12 months] from the date of course completion, extendable at BEPEC Solutions’ sole discretion.
6. Disqualification. A learner ceases to be eligible if the learner fails any eligibility condition; declines [insert number, e.g., 3] genuine job offers; provides false information; engages in misconduct with hiring partners; or breaches this Agreement. Disqualification under this clause does not entitle the learner to any refund.
7. No Refund Based on Placement. Enrollment in or completion of the Placement Program does not by itself entitle a learner to any refund. All refunds are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy.
8. Third-Party Employers. Hiring partners and prospective employers are independent third parties. BEPEC Solutions is not responsible for their employment terms, conduct, or any dispute arising between a learner and an employer.
9. Discretion and Amendment. BEPEC Solutions reserves the right to determine eligibility and to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Placement Program, and to amend these placement terms, at its sole discretion.
VIII. Disclaimer of Warranties
YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. BEPEC SOLUTIONS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the foregoing, BEPEC Solutions makes no warranty that: the information on the Website is accurate, reliable, complete, or timely; the Services will meet your expectations or produce any specific career, salary, or learning outcome; or that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. No advice or information obtained from the Website or Services creates any warranty not expressly stated here. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
IX. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEPEC SOLUTIONS’ ENTIRE LIABILITY, AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, WITH RESPECT TO THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES AND FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO BEPEC SOLUTIONS FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
BEPEC SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
X. Indemnification
You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BEPEC Solutions and its contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, and assigns from all liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of third parties arising out of: (1) this Agreement or your breach of it; (2) your use of the Website or Services; (3) your violation of any intellectual property or other right of any person; or (4) any information or data you supplied. BEPEC Solutions may seek written assurances of your indemnity obligations, and your failure to provide them may be treated as a material breach. This provision survives termination of this Agreement.

BEPEC Solutions is committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference, for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
XII. Agreement to Be Bound
By using this Website or enrolling in any Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies referenced herein.
XIII. General
Force Majeure. BEPEC Solutions will not be in default or held responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, pandemic, epidemic, government action, strike, lockout, or failure of internet or telecommunications infrastructure.
Cessation of Operation. BEPEC Solutions may, at its sole discretion and without advance notice, cease operation of the Website or any Service.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and BEPEC Solutions and supersedes prior agreements on the subject matter, except for any separate signed corporate or enterprise contract.
Waiver and Severability. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision will be interpreted to best reflect the parties’ intent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by the laws of India and the State of Andhra Pradesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under this Agreement, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Limitation Period. Any claim arising out of or related to the Website, Services, or this Agreement must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose, or be permanently barred, subject to applicable law.
Termination. BEPEC Solutions may terminate your access to the Website or any Service if it reasonably believes you have breached this Agreement. Following termination, BEPEC Solutions may cancel any outstanding access without refund. This Agreement survives indefinitely unless terminated by BEPEC Solutions at its discretion.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement. BEPEC Solutions may assign its rights and obligations at its sole discretion.
By using this Website or enrolling in any Service, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
